1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:

A new study has found that men who had erectile dysfunction were more likely to suffer from a form of erectile dysfunction (ED), and to be more likely to have an adverse reaction to the erectile dysfunction drug Cialis than men who were not taking the medication. A new study found that men who were in the early stages of developing ED, such as those diagnosed with erectile dysfunction, were more likely to be prescribed Cialis than were men who were less than a year old.
The researchers from the University of New Mexico, New Mexico State University, and the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, in New Mexico, conducted a study to determine whether men with ED were at greater risk of developing a form of ED. They used a retrospective chart review to identify those men in their first year of being prescribed Cialis, with at least one other form of ED. They also identified those who were older, in their 30s and above, and were taking the medication as prescribed. They found that in those who had had a diagnosis of ED, the use of Cialis was associated with an increased risk for developing a form of ED, and that the use of Cialis was associated with an increased risk for developing a form of ED.
They noted that the risk of developing a form of ED is higher among men who take medication as prescribed by their doctor, as well as those who have erectile dysfunction. However, the authors said that Cialis was not associated with an increased risk of a form of ED and that they could not exclude other risk factors such as diabetes or obesity, which are the most important risk factors for developing ED. They also noted that the risk of developing a form of ED is increased among men who are in their early 20s and over.
In their study, the researchers found that those who were diagnosed with ED were more likely to develop a form of ED than those who were not. The authors said that they would need to study further to confirm their findings and determine the most appropriate treatment for each of these men. They noted that in the study, men who had a diagnosis of ED were more likely to suffer from a form of ED, and to be more likely to suffer from an adverse reaction to the ED drug. They also said that the study authors did not find evidence that Cialis was associated with an increased risk of developing a form of ED, and the study authors also did not find any association between taking Cialis and an increased risk for developing a form of ED. They also said that they do not recommend Cialis as a treatment for ED in New Zealand.
VIDEOThe researchers also noted that there were no significant differences in the incidence or severity of any adverse reactions to Cialis when compared with placebo. However, the researchers noted that there were significant differences in the incidence of some of the following adverse reactions: nausea, vomiting, headaches, visual disturbances, drowsiness, drowsiness, and back pain.
In the study, the researchers also noted that men who were diagnosed with ED were more likely to have an adverse reaction to Cialis than those who were not diagnosed with ED. The researchers said that the risk of developing a form of ED is higher among men who are in their early 20s and over, and those who are taking the medication as prescribed by their doctor.
“The risks of developing a form of ED are higher among men who are in their early 20s and over. These men have a higher risk of experiencing ED than younger men, who may be at greater risk for developing a form of ED,” they said.
The study found that men who were diagnosed with ED were more likely to suffer from a form of ED, and to suffer from an adverse reaction to the erectile dysfunction drug Cialis than men who were not diagnosed with ED.
“This study demonstrates that men who are diagnosed with ED are more likely to suffer from a form of ED,” said David Tufte, senior author of the study.
“Our findings raise questions about whether men who are diagnosed with ED have the potential to develop a form of ED.
